• Liquidity, a decentralized borrowing protocol, open-sourced the V2 codebase.
• Snapshot introduces Snapshot v2, a new interface for enhanced DAO governance.

• Cairo Contract v0.16.0 is out featuring support for Cairo v2.8.0, ERC721 Enumerable component, ERC2981 component, and Merkle tree package with utilities to verify proofs.
